Violet meets Cinderella
We attended a birthday party last weekend of one of my HMN friend's daughters. It was a beautiful party. Great healthy food, good people and even Cinderella. We had a blast!

Happy Birthday Violet!
Today we celebrated Violet's 1st Birthday!!! What a great year! We had a picnic at the Boston Public Garden. The weather was perfect and it was the first party I have thrown that I was able to fully enjoy. I kept things simple, so I could be more present in the celebration. Mission complete! I will add more photos later. Enjoy!

TV Curtain
Well, as many as you know I have been anti TV lately. Don't get me wrong I love my HGTV, and the nightly news. I grew up watching all the 80's sitcoms and had my fair share of Mr.Roger's and Sesame Street and I turned out ok. However, I don't want the TV to be the center of our world. I saw this TV curtain idea and just had to make one. I don't like using patterns, so this was a great sewing project for me. I used some material I had left over from Violet's curtains and an old hankie. Let me know what you think!

Enjoying Summer
I have been really productive this summer. Enjoying fine moments with friends and family. Simplifing...decluttering and preparing for next season. My etsy shop is finally up and running and I have had two sales. Our new website for the gym is up and running: www.championfactory.com My next goal is to capture a core audience on my blog. I would love to do give a ways and such. This blogging thing fun, I have been really enjoying it! So if you have visited, please leave me a comment. Thanks.

One Year Ago
I was waiting!!!!!!! Going to the bathroom every 1/2 hour. Acquiring Fiona feet, cutting my rings off.
Uncomfortable, but very excited! Pregnancy is amazing, but I am thankful my littlebird is here and that I am not pregnant this summer. To those of you who are, just remember that it is ALL worth it!!!
