17 months...

   Well, I officially have a diaper daredevil on my hands. Violet is becoming more and more independent. She wants to walk when we get out of the car, instead of ride in the stroller :(

She still loves to cuddle though, so that's ok. Her newest thing is sitting like a big girl on her "window seat".

100th Post

   Well in honor of my 100th I decided I had to do something really fun to blog about. So we went candlelight snowshoeing on Saturday night. At America Stonehenge. It was awesome. The only thing bad was that my camera battery died, so I only have a couple shots. We will definitely do it again. The place is very interesting. They have an Alpaca farm and hold Solstice rituals there. We we absolutely go back. Violet loved it and coped pretty well with a couple of spills in the sled.

   What an amazing day yesterday! Can't wait to see what the effects of this Presidency. Here are some photos from our celebration:

Violet's Arm

  Not only did we have a storm this past Sunday, but a little accident. Violet's arm got twisted the wrong way and the elbow may have popped out. We brought her to the Emergency Room right away and had it X-rayed. Thank goodness there was no break. Violet did not have a fun day!

Northeastern Cheer Reunion

  We also attended a Cheerleading Reunion. Our coach has retired after 25 years. It brought back a lot of memories. Good and bad,  but mostly good. There weren't that many people we cheered with there. College Cheerleading definitely brought so much joy to my life and made me the person I am today. It even led me to my amazing husband and beautiful daughter! 

Music Time

   Sorry for the delay, but it has been a busy couple of weeks. I will try to catch up. We had a music jam playgroup the other day at our house. Here are some pics:
