Homemade Yogurt
I tried this out over the weekend and it came out great. There are few ingredients and it does not take too long. Let me know what you think!
Ingredients
2 cups of Milk
2 Tbsp of Plain Yogurt
16 oz Glass Jar
Cooking thermometer
1 Picnic Cooler
Process
1. Sterilize your glass jar ( I brought water to a boil in a tea kettle and poured over the jar and lid)
2. Bring 2 cups of milk to 180 degrees over a medium heat
3. Turn off heat and let milk cool to 105-110
4. Mix in yogurt.
5. Add honey for a sweeter option.
6. Transfer to jar and close lid.
7. Place jar in picnic cooler and fill with hot tap water.
8. Let it sit on your countertop for 3-4 hours.
9. Refrigerate and Enjoy!

Happy Weekend
Here is another project I finished recently. I did not make the yoyos, but found them stuffed in a box at a flea market in DC. I knew they could be something beautiful. I brought them home and washed them. I made pillows by stuffing the fabric with bamboo filling. I think they will find a home either on our downstairs couches or on our bed. What do you think?
Hope you have a lovely weekend.... What Spring Projects are you working on?

Homemade Ketchup
This recipe is so simple. I like my ketchup a little sweeter, so I added a tad more sugar. You will never buy store bought ketchup after trying this out. Let me know what you think!
INGREDIENTS:
2 cans tomato paste
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of light brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp of dry must
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
pinch of cinnamon, ground cloves and cumin
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together in small bowl. You may adjust the spices to your taste.
If mixture is too thick add more water to thin.
Place in a covered jar. Since this ketchup does not have preservatives, it should be used up within a month.

Doggie Treats and a Question
How cute are these? They are from a local doggie bakery that I can walk to from my home. They are so good that the business is expanding and moving out of town by the end of the month. :(
I do make my own from time to time, but sometimes I just like to indulge. Does anyone know an ETSY seller that makes these? I would love to support them.

All she likes to do is DANCE DANCE DANCE
Here are some photos I shot of my little one dancing. I brought her to her first art exhibit in Boston. She had way more fun dancing to the music outside. This was the first time she was intentionally dancing on her own. I must say her love of dance is is most definitely from ME! Hope you are all having a lovely weekend.
