Getting Ready!

Every night I feel as though I am going to go into Labor. Whatever happens I know I will be meeting this special little baby soon and can't wait to share it with all of you. For now the bags are packed...I was so unprepared last time around...this time...I have even packed snacks!!!

YAY!! Glad you are packed and ready! What is/was your actual due date? I hope all goes well and can't wait to meet your little one!

For the last few months I have posted a how-to on making different quilt blocks. Look for "block of the month" at the beginning or end of the month in my blog archives. They are meant to be for beginners to learn from. The library also has many baby quilt books. I learned a lot from watching a show on quilting, but it was canceled. However you tube can be a wealth of knowledge. Crib quilts are my favorite to make, because they are quick and easy. I am actually going to my quilt guild meeting tonight. The summer months are just about working on whatever. You are more than welcome to come. We meet every 4th Monday of the month at 7 pm at St. John the Evangelist Church in N. Chelmsford.

I'm not sure if I will be selling anything at the farmer's market or not. I need to talk to Susan about it.

For my first baby, I wasn't going to pack for another week or two. He was born 6 weeks early and I was very unprepared. With my 2nd baby, I had my bags packed 2 months before my due date.

I hope that you have an easy delivery and a healthy baby.
