The house across the street from us sold in 1 day a couple of months ago. There was a sweet family who lived there for several years with children whom we will miss. The house is a beautiful Victorian and I thought this would make a great gift. I just took an old pitcher and added some succulents. If you are not familiar with succulents, they are super easy to grow. They don't require much care, just some water here and there. They produce lots of babies, which I find helpful for a last minute gift. I hope they like it.
